Seasonal Rental Information
January 1 - March 31: $4900 + heat/electricity
NOTE: Your rental is not guaranteed until we receive your 50% deposit
- Maximum of 8 people per ski rental group.
- No pets allowed during the seasonal rental.
- This is a NON-SMOKING home. $250 cleaning fee applies if there is any residual odor from smoking (this includes odor that has seeped in from smoking outside of the unit).
- A full-refundable damage/security deposit of $500 is required.
- Payment methods accepted: credit cards through Paypal, checks, cash, money orders.
- $25 fee for all bounced checks
Included utilities:
- Verizon basic phone (no long distance); contact info: 800-870-9999
- Adelphia basic cable (about 25 channels -- additional channels will be billed out for an additional fee)
- Plowing service as provided by the Crawford Pond Association.
Utility cost:
The cost of utilities will vary on how often you are at the vacation rental and what you use to heat the condo. We have three methods of heat: gas heater, wood stove, and electric baseboard heat. Electric heat is the most expensive method of heating; the gas heater and wood stove are much more efficient.
Moderate use of the gas heater (for heat and hot water) will probably cost you about $200 for the season. Electric bills will probably be about $80 per month. Again, this is just a general idea and will vary from renter to renter.
Utilities to be placed in your name:
Your party will be responsible for all electric, cable, and heating bills for your rental period, which will be put in the name of someone in your party. Please contact Amerigas, Adelphia, and NH Electric Co-Op on or before your 1st date of renting, to put the bills in your name.

Our heat is provided by a gas heater. When you arrive, the tank will be full.
You are responsible for making sure the tank is full upon your departure.
Adelphia cable: 1-888-683-1000 (the rental comes with 25 channels, but if you'd like additional cable, you will be responsible for the bill)
Firewood: We can arrange to have firewood delivered, at your expense.

- 1 mile to Attitash
- 15 minutes to Cranmore
- 15 minutes to Wildcat
- 15 minutes to Black Mountain
- 25 minutes to Bretton Woods
- 1 hour to Sunday River
Linens:
- Linens are not included in seasonal rentals.
- You will need linens for: 1 queen, 3 fulls, 2 twins; bath and kitchen towels
Cleaning:
- This rental does not include cleaning service. If you would like cleaning service during your stay, please let us know and we will arrange it for you, at your expense. The cleaning service usually charges around $85 per service.
Trash:
- There is no dumpster on the property. All trash must be taken home with renters, or to the public dump in Jackson.
Other policies:
- Check-in time is at 6 p.m. and check-out is at 10 a.m. No exceptions.
- Cancellation policy: Monthly or seasonal renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in. If for any reason the party cancels its rental less than ninety (90) days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to keep all deposits.

Keys:
We will mail you keys 7 days prior to check-in. We will provide up to 3 sets of keys for your party.
